| Cox Takes the Gold Again! |

For the second year running, Jonathan Cox (Year 8) took the gold medal in the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) individual judo congress. He fought in the Under 50k group at the High Wycombe Judo Centre which meant a slightly later start this year. It was not all plain sailing, however, and Jonathan faced some extremely tough opposition. His gruelling fitness programme and tough training over the last few months gave him the edge over his competitors and friends and family were delighted to see Jonathan once again lift gold and reclaim his IAPS champion status. Jonathan has several competitions coming up in both the U.K. and abroad, and we look forward to further success in the future. |
