Lichfield Cathedral School

Over 50 pupils from Years 6 – 9 at Lichfield Cathedral School took part last week in a production of ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat’ at St. Chad’s Church in Lichfield.

All of the pupils in Years 3 – 9 were joined by governors, staff, parents, grandparents and friends in the Cathedral on Saturday for the Cathedral School’s Annual Speech Day and Presentation of Prizes.

Over 250 Grandparents and Grandfriends recently gathered for a sunny day of celebration at the Cathedral Junior School.

Three boys from Year 8 at Lichfield Cathedral School, Guy Burns-Mace, Robert Cadman and Joby Fitzgerald, who make up the band 3 Pin Socket, are appearing on BBC1’s The Slammer this Friday, 20th June.

Several budding mathematicians in Years 7 and 8 at the Cathedral School have been awarded top certificates in the national annual Junior Mathematical Challenge.

John Cox, in Year 9 at the Cathedral School has won yet another judo gold medal, this time at the Independent Schools Judo Competition at High Wycombe on Sunday 24th May.
