ClassroomChildren are admitted into the Nursery Class at the beginning of any term following their third birthday. They will attend on five mornings per week, adding lunch and afternoon sessions as confidence grows. Attendance on a full-time basis will be dependent on the child's readiness, agreed between teacher and parents.

Children are admitted into Reception from the September following their fourth birthday and will continue full-time if they come from the school's nursery class. Alternatively, they may start by attending only for the morning for the first two weeks if this is their first experience of school. When it is considered advisable, the child will stay for lunch and a short play before going home. The progression to full time attendance usually follows quite quickly after this.

Children are accepted into the Early Years in strict chronological order of application.

Children wishing to enter Year 7 for Secondary Education take an Entrance Examination in the February prior to entry in September.

Registrations will not be confirmed for children over the compulsory school age (i.e. over 5) for any more than one year in advance of their entry.

There will be a maximum of 20 children in any one class.
